This class is not for the faint hearted.

WHAT IS WARRIOR WORKOUT


Designed to push your body to a higher level of fitness.This class will take you from being merely in shape to having the strength and endurance to withstand the ultimate test!


Whether you are a veteran in the weight room or a new recruit this will challenge you like nothing before.


We will advise you on active rest, pre hab nutrition, to ensure you keep your body healthy and fueled.

START DATE & PRICE INFO


Starts week of the 5th October. We have sessions running on following days every week for 4 weeks. 

  • Tuesday 7-8pm
  • Thursday 7-8pm
  • Saturday 8-9am

The 4 week challenge will be £100.
