Classes At All About


At All About, we have a range of effective fitness training classes to meet your needs. If you are not sure where to start, it’s always a good idea to come for a Goliath Fitness Circuit and see how it goes. The circuit class is one of our most popular group training classes. You will be training with about 4-8 group members and each of you will get individual attention from the trainer. A variety of training methods will be utlised to maximise results.  

We have also the following training classes available: 

Pure Stretch – Improve flexibility and improve core strength
H.I.I.T Tabata – High Intensity Interval Training. You will burn more calorie in a shorter time than traditional training
Power Fit – A very flexible workout that is suitable for every one.

Challenges At All About


We also hold challenges at All About to let you get your head down and get some proper results! Our challenges will usually last 4-6 weeks. By combining the right nutrition and the effective training methods, we will help and guide you to achieve your optimum results.
