What You Can Expect From Neil?

Neil is a Professional MMA fighter and British Heavy Weigh Champion. With 12 years of Traditional Martial Arts training and a Black Belt in Goju Ruy Karate, 5 years of Muay Thai training combined with being a Certified Personal Trainer, Neil has the ability to apply his knowledge and skills into training programmes to suit anyone from the beginner to the elite athlete.

Training Methods

Various training methods will be utilized to achieve amazing results that suits your individual goal.

This includes:

  • Weight Training
  • Kick boxing/ pads
  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Vibration Training

How long will it take to get results?

Depends on your fitness level, time span and individual goals, it may take different time for different clients to see results. But usually with in 4 weeks of training including 3 sessions a week, you will start to see visible results.
