Training for Kids

Having experience working at local schools, Neil provides sessions including:

  • MMA Strength & Conditioning
  • Self Defense & Anti-Bullying Awareness
  • General sports fitness: football, rugby, and athletics

MMA STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 
For kids will be tailored according to their age. No weights other than elastic bands and own body weight exercises will be used.

SELF DEFENSE & ANTI-BULLYING AWARENESS 
It has become very popular and essential. It is in every parents interest to be aware of their children’s wellbeing. I teach roll play, control and restraint to kids to help them deal with situations they are uncomfortable with.

GENERAL SPORTS FITNESS
Training will be specific to their sports.

At anytime parents will need to sign consent. Parents may be present at any time during training sessions.
