I’ve been training various MMA fighters, Strength and
Conditioning for MMA, striking for MMA and take-down defence. It is easy to
train people in a group, making sure everyone is working to their upmost… But
everyone is different! Our shapes, sex, age and body types determine what form
of exercise is best and necessary to avoid injury and stress, to guarantee
results!


My client Steven Hopwood is a broker and a keen supporter/
fan of MMA. He found out that I was working in his vicinity and booked a free
consultation. He had no intention to start fighting, but in time, training with
